Brightening Toner

This toner has a fresh, clean cucumber scent and is ideal for normal to combination skin. It contains lactic acid, cranberry, apple, and honey extracts. Excellent to remove the leftover residual oil and makeup from cleansing and to reset the skin’s pH after cleansing.
