As 2025 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to reflect on this incredible year of growth and transformation at Face Five Acne Clinic.
This year, our clinic has grown tremendously. We now have five dedicated team members supporting our mission. Back in 2023, I was primarily offering acne treatment services on my own. Fast forward to now, and we have two additional service providers, two marketing teammates, and a co-owner on board.
This expansion means more hands, more heart, and more time for me to focus on educating our clients and the community, not only in the treatment room but also through social media, blogs, newsletters, and other resources.
My vision for Face Five Acne Clinic has always been rooted in helping your skin glow from the inside out. Acne is not just a skin issue; it’s often a reflection of something deeper happening in the body. That’s why I believe food is medicine, and why each client’s journey is highly personal and unique.
As many of our long-time clients grow and evolve, we have also expanded our services, too. We now offer Acne-Safe Anti-Aging Treatments and curated new Acne-Safe Skincare Products to support you through all stages of life.
So, whether you’re still in the thick of your acne journey or maintaining your glow, I hope you’re as excited as I am about what’s ahead in 2026 for Face Five.
Your Skin Journey: From Suffering to Healing to Glowing
For many of our clients, the skincare journey begins with frustration, embarrassment, and confusion. Teen acne can be a deeply emotional experience, not just for the teen, but for the entire family. Mothers often feel helpless watching their children suffer, especially when conventional treatments like antibiotics or harsh prescriptions don’t offer lasting solutions. Check out our Blog covering the most popular acne prevention medication, which causes more harm than good.
At Face Five, we approach acne differently.
We start by asking why.
- Why is the body inflamed?
- Why are breakouts happening in a specific area of the face?
- What is going on internally that is showing up on the skin?
We dig deep to uncover the root cause of acne, whether it’s gut health, hormonal imbalances, food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, or stress. And then, we begin to heal from the inside out.
As healing begins, confidence returns. Clients start to see their skin calm, inflammation reduced, and breakouts fade. But we don’t stop at clear, we aim for glowing.
Through personalized guidance, nourishing products, and lifestyle support, our clients move from surviving their acne to thriving in their skin, radiant, empowered, and acne-free.
Learning to Eat for Health and Skin
One of the most powerful lessons in our skin journey is learning how closely what we eat is connected to how we look and feel.
Many of our clients are shocked to discover that some of the “healthy” foods they’ve been eating could be triggering inflammation or breakouts. Foods like dairy, gluten, processed sugars, or even certain supplements may be contributing to the problem. Every person is different, and that’s why we personalize every skincare and wellness plan.
Through our education-focused approach, we teach our clients:
- How to eat for balanced hormones
- How to support the gut microbiome
- Which foods nourish the skin, and which to avoid
- How to read ingredient labels for acne-safe choices
- How to build sustainable habits, not crash diets
This process isn’t about restriction. It’s about empowerment. When you understand your body and give it the support it needs, clear skin becomes a reflection of your inner health.
Maintaining the Glow
Once the acne has cleared, the journey isn’t over; it just evolves.
Maintenance is about building consistency and staying in tune with your body. It’s about choosing products that are non-comedogenic, acne-safe, and tailored to your skin’s current needs, whether that’s hydration, anti-aging, or scar healing. Check out our Pore-Clogging Ingredient Checker to see if your products are acne-safe!
It also means continuing the internal work: nourishing meals, hydration, stress management, and prioritizing sleep and self-care.
At Face Five, we’re here to support you every step of the way, with ongoing check-ins, new treatment options, and education that grows with you.
Setting Your Skin Goals for 2026
As you look ahead to the new year, ask yourself:
- What does healthy skin look like for me?
- How do I want to feel in my skin?
- What habits do I want to strengthen or let go of?
- How can I better support my child or myself through a healing journey?
Whether your goal is to finally get to the bottom of persistent breakouts, support your teen through their acne journey, or begin focusing on aging gracefully with acne-safe products, we’re here to help.
Here’s to a Glowing 2026
We’re so grateful to walk this journey with you. Thank you for trusting us, growing with us, and being part of the Face Five family.
