If you are considering trying face five… do it!! I have tried everything under the sun and they are the only thing that has worked for me. Zoey, April, and Yuki are all amazing. My skin has had a complete transformation with them!! They are experts and I 100% recommend becoming a member with them or even just treating yourself to a facial!!

I started using Face Five products about a month ago. I love the Gentle cleanser and the Chagarizer moisturizer leaves my oily skin feeling refreshed and moisturized with a really nice matte finish. Dermatology/recommended medications never worked for my skin. Finding Face Five Acne Clinic was such an answered prayer! The people here are AMAZING and it is such a relief to have a face routine that cleared up my skin and I know will continue to keep my skin in clear/glowing condition! I never had acne growing up until I left for college and my whole face broke out and didn’t go away for about 2 years. I’ve tired every skincare plan, every topical, ingestible, gone to every dermatologist in my town, nothing was working for me until Face Five. My skin ACTUALLY cleared up and I finally got the results that I’ve been working for the past two years for. I finally am reloving my skin and I’m finally free of the severe pain my acne was causing. 10/10 recommend for anyone that wants to clear their skin. You have to be consistent with the upkeep of your skincare and overall body health, but the results are so worth it! I had April helping me with everything the whole time! She is so attentive and the most pleasant woman 🙂
FAQs
How long before I see results?
Your first appointment will be our Acne Solution Program 101 (ASP101). An In-Clinic visit is $149, and a Virtual Appointment is $98. Your first round of products is typically $215–$275, lasting around 6-8 weeks.
What can I expect after my first appointment?
After your initial ASP 101 appointment, we will see you every two weeks for either a Full Face Treatment ($98) or an Express Face Treatment ($79). We also offer packages of 6 to get you through the initial three months of the program.
Express Face Package: $395 (Buy 5, Get 1 Free)
Full Face Package: $490 (Buy 5, Get 1 Free)
Are there things I shouldn’t do after the chemical peel treatment?
Please avoid getting your skin wet for 4-6 hours after the chemical peel. Avoid direct sun exposure, extreme heat, working out, and sweating for 24 hours post-treatment.
Why do I have to use Face Five products?
In short, because we cannot guarantee results if you use other products. Non-Comedogenic ingredients are not FDA-regulated, therefore companies can claim that their products will not clog your pores even if that is not the truth. Other lines might also use fragrances or products that will irritate skin. This is not a concern with Face Five’s acne products, as we have control over what goes into our products.
How do you handle different levels of acne?
We understand that not everyone’s skin has the same problems or will react the same way to products. During your first appointment, we will conduct a skin test to determine which strength of products your skin will tolerate. We will identify the specific type of acne you have, as well as any “acne imposters,” and make sure that we select the products with the ingredients that will be most beneficial to you.
What if I am going out of town?
We offer virtual appointments if you are not able to come in for the treatment and if you’ve purchased a package you can always use your an appointment later on after the three month period. You will still need to continue your home care regimen!
What happens once my acne is clear?
There is no permanent cure for acne – once your skin is clear, you will still need to follow your home care routine to prevent future breakouts from forming. We also recommend coming in for treatments every 6-8 weeks to maintain the best skin possible.
What is the difference between chemical and mineral sunscreen?
Chemical sunscreen penetrates the skin, and can enter your bloodstream; therefore, we do not recommend it for clients who are pregnant or nursing. Mineral sunscreen forms a barrier on the surface of your skin which helps reflect UV rays without penetrating your skin. We prefer using Mineral Sunscreen for acne-prone skin since mineral sunscreen’s main ingredient is zinc oxide which helps skin to heal and to calm.
Do you accept health insurance?
No, we do not work with health insurance companies.
Will I need to buy different products every two weeks?
No. For the best results, we will need to slightly adjust how you use the products in your home care routine every two weeks, however for the most part the products will not change until you run out.
Do you offer services for other skin care concerns?
Our main focus is on helping clients with their acne, however, we do offer treatment to help with rosacea as well. They are the same price as the Acne Solution Program treatments.
Will my skin get worse before it gets better?
It is not uncommon to see some “purging” in your skin between weeks 1 and 4 of you starting the program and using products. It is important to know that this is not necessarily a bad thing. This just means that acne breakouts that were under the skin are coming out to the surface. This is a good sign since acne breakouts just don’t disappear.
Do I have to switch all my non-acne safe products? (Detergent, make-up, toothpaste, etc)
In short, we do highly recommend that you switch to all acne-safe products. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the results that you are looking for. This is due to people unknowingly putting pore-clogging ingredients on their skin that will cause acne to form. Unfortunately, many “acne-safe” products still include those pore-clogging ingredients, but we do have a list of acne-safe products on our Pinterest page!
Can I still take my multivitamins?
Multivitamins usually include ingredients such as B12 or iodides that cause acne. If you are deficient in a certain vitamin like D or C, then we suggest taking them on their own.
Wouldn’t it just be easier for me to get on Accutane?
While this option has yielded results for others and may seem “easier” than committing to a face routine, this option can be extremely dangerous for your body. It is known to cause many side effects. Our Acne Solution Program offers the option to try the holistic approach. Hope you give this a try before you choose Accutane.
