About The Program
Acne 101 Session: Assessment
The Initial Acne 101 Session marks the beginning of the Acne Solution Program. During the session will assess your skin to confirm what products are best suited to clear your acne. We will also review your dietary and lifestyle habits and educate you around best practices to follow over the course of the next 3 months to alleviate your acne issues. If you scheduled the In-Person Session, then we will also conduct our Acne Facial treatment to give you a jumpstart on the program.
In total, the following is included in your Initial Acne 101 Session:
- Review Your Acne Questionnaire: A thorough review of your submitted questionnaire to ensure that everything you answered is accurate and up to date.
- Acne Solution Guide: Review the Face Five Acne Solutions Guide, which includes tips and tricks around lifestyle, food, supplements, and more.
- Acne Nutrition Journey: We will discuss your diet and potential acne triggers for initial analysis and then provide our Daily Food Tracker Journal for you to complete over the course of the following two weeks.
- Supplement Recommendations: Personalized suggestions for supplements to support your skin health.
- Skin Review: Analyze your skin type to cross reference with our catalog of products that will match best. In some cases, we may need to conduct a skin test, but this will be decided during your first consultation.
- Full Skincare Product Recommendation: A personalized list of our recommended initial skincare products, which you can purchase at a 10% discount if you schedule a follow up appointment!
- Home Care Routine Instructions: Guidance on how to care for your skin over the next two weeks prior to your next appointment.

Note: New clients should stop using any topical antibiotics or creams two weeks before the skin test. If you are on Accutane, you must discontinue use at least two months before starting our program. Pregnant or nursing clients need their doctor’s approval before beginning the program.

Follow Up Appointments: Execution
Following your Initial Acne 101 Session, we will meet with you every two weeks to assess your skin and make necessary adjustments to your home care routine and diet. Our goal is to continuously improve your skin’s health until you’re acne free. Everyone’s skin is different, but the majority of our clients achieve clear skin in three months, which equates to six follow up appointments. We offer different types of follow up appointments based on your acne requirements, budget, and preferences. Naturally, if you are participating in our virtual program you won’t be able to utilize our in-person services but we will still check-in with you bi-weekly over zoom.
You can decide during your Initial Acne 101 Session which appointment type is the best fit for you. Appointments can be paid for one by one as you attend them or purchased upfront as a six-pack for a volume discount that essentially gives you one free appointment!

Daily Topical Product Regiment
In order to partake in the Acne Solution Program, you must also purchase the necessary Face Five products outlined by your Acne Specialist. Face Five products are toxic-free and acne safe and guarantee that we know exactly what is being applied to your skin over the course of the program for the best results.
We recommend customers budget between $400-$600 for products in addition to the follow up appointments to make it through the entire program. The recommended assortment of products vary based on your unique skin condition so we will provide you a better sense of this during your Initial Acne 101 Session after properly evaluating your skin.
If you are virtually participating in the program, additional shipping fees may apply based on your location. For in-person customers we recommend picking up your products during one of your check-ins.

Phase 3: Acne Clear & Maintenance
After your acne is officially cleared, your acne specialist will graduate you from our program as an established customer. Though your acne journey is still not over and new acne triggers may arise, we no longer insist on bi-weekly check-ins to clear your skin. Many of our established customers still come in for treatments on a monthly basis, but it will be most important for you to continue with your newly formed product regiments, dietary, and lifestyle changes to remain acne free.
